Mr. Kumar embodied three core concepts that meant the world to me: professionalism, dedication, and thankful service. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. This fact totally floored me, to say the least. Yet, Mr. Kumar's demeanor and candidness put both my wife and I at ease. He explained, step-by-step, what will happen next, and what could be the possible outcomes. Mr. Kumar's bedside-manners were (remarkable and) outstanding, calm, and reassuring. It was one of the main factors in how I coped with this devastating news. Thank you, so, so much for your service to my wife and I. It meant the world to me.
