I found Mr Kumar extremely attentive, he allowed me all the time I needed to ask endless questions; he also drew me diagrams to explain how and why things were happening.
I found the ward staff hard working, happy and attentive.
Because of where I live I have the choice of going to either Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital or the West Suffolk Hospital and I will always choose West Suffolk because of the way I am treated and looked after by everyone I have come into contact with.
Very rarely have I been kept waiting for more than a few minutes with an out-patient appointment.
