I can't express my gratitude enough to Mr Ramesh, I am 68 years of age and he is the best NHS professional I have ever come across. Since I first visited Mr Ramesh he has put me at ease, explained everything to me, been caring and honest with me. I was a bag of nerves and anxious and from the minute I met Mr Ramesh I trusted him and put all of my faith into him. He has now operated on both of my knees and has done an amazing job on both. He is such a value to the NHS and more NHS professionals should take a leaf out of his book and be like him. I can't praise Mr Ramesh enough, from start to finish the care and attention I have received has been A*. Mr Ramesh thank you so much for everything you have done for me and for the treatment I have received, I hope your career continues so that so many more patients can receive the same care and treatment I have received. You are a great asset to the NHS and if there is ever an award I can put you forward for for your care and service I will do so. You deserve recognition for all your amazing hard work.
