I wish to take this opportunity to express my deep gratitude and thanks to Mr Ramesh and his orthopaedic team at Abergele hospital. On the 12 November 2021, at the age of 64, I had a total knee replacement to my left knee, having previously had the same operation on my right knee about three years ago, also by Mr Ramesh. I cannot praise Mr Ramesh and his team highly enough. The care I received was indeed, ‘Great’.
As I write this, it has been nearly three weeks since the procedure and my progress has been nothing short of remarkable. My outlook has gone from daily despair at the constant pain and, what looked like, an enforced and debilitating retirement, to that of a new lease of life and a pain free future filled with optimism.
