Thank you for your consulatation thsi morning. It was great to see and also discuss the scan that I had at Kings on 2/12.
I very much appreciate the advice that you gave about physio, strength building and also thoughts about my business.
I will definitely take on board your thoughts about a personal trainer and building my back strength to prevent future incidents.
