My Yakoub spoke to me on the phone twice in the weeks prior to my appointment, as well as seeing me on the day of my appointment; and he always treated me with the utmost courtesy, respect and dignity.
He was also most informative, showing me a picture of my spine from an xray, and explaining the issues this could cause. And although my condition had improved by the time of my actual appointment, he explained how I could get re-referred in event of a sustained and severe relapse.
From my experience, this is an exemplary doctor.
