I recently attended the Eye Clinic at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford as an 'out of hours 'service referral. I had developed an eye infection and was seen by Mr Metaxiotis. After a very thorough examination I was prescribed appropriate medication including antibiotic eye drops and was given clear and specific instructions regarding how and when to administer the medication. Mr Metaxiotis advised me to return to the clinic for follow up checks over the course of seven days - after which the symptoms had cleared up. I found Mr Metaxiotis to be meticulous in his care and attention and his calm professional manner was very much appreciated.
