After a biopsy at Royal Berkshire Hospital I was referred to Mr Pay at John Radcliffe Hospital. Ay my first appointment I was quite nervous but soon put at ease by Mr Pay's
reassuring approach. Explaining I had a cancer and needing an operation was very daunting. All was done very quickly and in a professional manner. I have seen Mr Pay on follow up appointments since, always understanding and unhurried.
