I was referred for NHS breast reduction surgery, to a different Dr, he usually did cancer breast reconstruction surery; he assessed my needs and instantly referred me to Dr Williams as he said Dr Williams could give me a far better outcome than he could. Dr Williams was amazing, he put me at ease, he talked through all of my concerns, he was honest about possible complications and he gave me the time and space I needed to make an unpressured informed decision. I decided to go ahead with the surgery and he was again caring, understanding and professional throughout my hospital stay and year long recovery. Now 1yr later, I've been discharged, I've never been more happy with my body or felt healthier and I completely have Dr Williams to thank for that.
