I was a patient of Mr Williams in August this year for breast surgery, and could not fault the care and attention that I received.
I was amazed by the results of the operation, they were far better than I expected.
At all times Mr Williams was friendly and courteous, exactly what you need when trying to decide whether to undertake such an operation.
I cannot think of any way that improvements could be made as I was given great care and attention both before, during and after the operation.
