Mr Williams showed great empathy towards my needs and concerns, he was very thorough in his explanation putting me at ease from day one, he gave me the information needed in relation what to expect with the type of surgery I was requesting, he put me a great ease, and gave me my life back. Prior to my surgery my issue was very dominant and now it no longer rules my life.
The surgery was very successful and I was home recovering after one night in hospital. I am very grateful to the care and compassion shown to me by Mr Williams, and would not hesitate to approach him again in the future.
Mr Williams is an outstanding surgeon with fantastic people skills.
