Writing this as a practising GP and the father of a 2 year old son who lacerated his eyebrow after jumping on the bed, I found Mr Williams to be very professional, approachable and above all, a competent skillful surgeon. We are around 4 weeks post-surgery and my sons scar has healed nicely, especially considering it is a facial scar with obvious cosmetic connotations. Whilst it may not disappear completely, I am pleased with the result, and the way in which he handled my son who is a handful at the best of times!
