Mr Williams was excellent. He introduced himself and shook my hand, from the start I felt relaxed and at ease. Throughout the procedure we chatted away and he was humorous, making me laugh.
The injection didn't sting at all as I'd expected and I joked that he was the best "injecionist" ever!
I got great care today, It was all a very nice experience.
The nurses on duty were also great.
