Very sympathetic to my reasons for wishing to have the procedure. Good eye contact and felt he was listening. Very personable and easy to talk to. He explained the procedure in good detail and explained the risks so I fully understood what I was undertaking. The surgery went very well and the results were excellent. I was very satisfied with the outcome and felt Mr Williams had delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I cannot suggest any areas in which he could have improved the experience, I am very glad I chose him for my surgeon.
