I was very impressed with Mr Tsang's approach to my need for a surgical intervention. During the initial appointment, he received me on time and made quite sure that I was comfortable in his company without a chaperone. He listened to me without interruption, assessed what I had said and made his recommendations. It included a full description of the two most common procedures and associated risks and what I would expect during my attendance at the hospital. I was made fully aware of the likely events post surgery and the following recovery period. I acknowledge that he could not tell me to have the procedure, which had to be my own decision, but he was fully supportive when I had made the decision. I have recovered fully and I am confident that Mr Tsang's advice, guidance and support all contributed to a swift and full recovery.
