I can not fault Mr Tsang or the other staff at the Fitzwilliam, I felt at ease throughout my whole experience. Mr Tsang listened and was able to answer and reassure me when I had questions to ask and he explained my procedure in detail as to what was going to happen. All the staff we’re lovely and always made sure I was comfortable after my treatment.
I would definitely recommend.
