Mr Tsang was attentive during our consultations and clearly discussed the pros and cons of the available management decisions. He included me within the decision making to come to a shared decision on management. He re-assessed me on my surgery date. His follow up explanation of procedure was great. Many thanks for your expertise with my inguinal hernia repair.
