I found Mr Tsang very easy to talk to and ask questions about what was going on when i was in hospital.
He was very informative an explained clearly and not in hospital jargon so that i could
understand what had happened and what treatment i would expect.
He also respected my concerns and wishes in said treatment.
I would would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Tsang and his great team for the care and consideration they provided they are a credit to the Peterborough City Hospital.
