As the NHS forecast for a gallbladder removal was 12 months I decided to go private with Mr Andrew Tsang at the Peterborough Fitzwilliam private hospital. I had my op on the 11th July 2022 and all I can say is that from the very first consultation meeting I found Mr Tsang and all the medical staff to be brilliant. He actually listened to me and gave me hope that I could start travelling and live a normal life again. The operation lasted 45 minutes but he had previously explained all about the procedure and any possible complications - I had none. I believe I was fortunate to have Mr Tsang as my surgeon. .
