Dr Bourdoumis proved himself to be an excellent practitioner by approaching a complex case with:
- high levels of specific knowledge and skills;
- knowledge and understanding of the qualities of his team, most particularly their strengths and areas for development;
- empathy for the patient and her carers;
- a plan that took into account the views of parents, careers and a range of professionals.
Altogether, the experience was highly positive and there is a significant improvement in the life of my daughter, the patient.
