Mr Vats performed total knee replacement on my right knee 3 weeks ago. From my first dealings with Amit around 18 months ago I have always felt completely at ease and confident in his understanding of my situation on a clinical level and on a personal level as well. Communication through the booking team was regular and it was all relativity easy. Prior to the surgery, I was seen the day before to have xrays and a chat with Amit just to confirm the procedure and expected outcomes. Results of the surgery seem to be positive so far.
The only negative point of the experience was the discharge process as the was on Easter Sunday and discharge medication was not reviewed and I felt I did not have a high enough level of medication to deal with the pain levels. Ended up having to go through my GP practice a few days later
