I've been coping with Arthritis for over 35 years with the aid of NSAIDS which unfortunately I had to be taken off due to their effect on my gullet and stomach. This left me for two years with only Parcetamol to help, in a lot of pain and the feeling that there was nowhere to go for relief, other than unhealthy doses of Brandy. My surgery finally referred me to rheumatology, and my health insurance suggested Mr Rai, and he was brilliant. He seemed to fully understand my situation and set about a programme of investigation to discover what was needed to help me. He has a very easy, friendly, and assured manner that gives you confidence in his abilities. He also doesn't shirk from giving you the tough love to help you help yourself. The clarity of his explanations of your condition aids your understanding and endorses the veracity of his knowledge, which in turn instils confidence in his conclusions. In my case, he decided that I could get a targeted solution from one of his colleagues within another area of Rheumatolgy, and he was right. I would highly recommend him as I now have a new hope in my future.
