Dr Rai is friendly, compassionate and has provided his technical expertise clearly and given advice and explanations on the different options available. He makes things happen very quickly when necessary, such as follow up consultation after an MRI scan, where he shows and illustrates the issue clearly. At the hospital for the operation, he provided re-assurance before and after the operation. Since my first appointment in February, I have had consultations with Dr Rai, and an ECG, at the Spire Hill House Consulting rooms and at the Spire Hospital where I had an MRI scan, an operation and physiotherapy. The facilities have been very good and all the personnel that I have had contact with have been very professional at their work, courteous, friendly, and helpful and remained a constant throughout my entire experience. I was especially impressed with how the operation was handled from start to finish, reception, nurses, anaesthetists, and Dr Rai. I cannot speak more highly of the excellent all round care, compassion, and generally excellent service.
