I took my Mother to see Dr Rai as she was unable to stand and in a lot of pain. What we thought was a back problem he quickly diagnosed as a hip problem. He arranged for an immediate x-ray and within 2hrs we knew my Mum actually needed an urgent hip replacement. He then contacted a colleague and had provisionally booked an operation date to be at the end of January. The speed of his diagnosis, his kindness and compassion and explanation of what was happening was so reassuring. He said a hip replacement would transform my Mum’s life and I cannot thank him enough for helping her. He is worth every penny and a real asset to the Spire team and a great ambassador for 1st class health care provision.
