Mr Rai asked many questions to establish a thorough understanding of what my son’s complaint was. He then arranged scans to fully ascertain if the problem was what he expected. He was thorough in explaining the results. He recommended a physiotherapist to help with his rehabilitation. He was genuinely interested in how my son’s problem affected his long term career goal within sport and I trusted him to do all he could to help him.He has provided follow up sessions to assess his recovery. I am very grateful for all his help without which my son would have definitely become far more seriously injured. He has arranged further scans to check that his rehabilitation plan is helping his back to heal. Thank you for all your input.
