I have had a long standing and troubling spinal condition for over 40 years, but have never seen a doctor for this until my appointment with Mr Rai. I saw him because I wanted to know whether there was anything more I could do (other than exercise, physio, and osteopathic treatment) to prevent this getting worse and / or to minimise or reduce the frequency, duration and level of pain I experience, and / or to maximise my mobility now and in the future. He made a diagnosis and gave me a clear explanation for my condition. It is great to know at long last what is actually going on with my back! Dr. Rai also advised me about how I can help myself and suggested alternative treatment options I may consider if I want these at any time in the future. I have a better understanding of my situation which is a huge relief.
