Mr Rai got straight to the heart of the matter and asked all the right questions to establish the history of our daughters shoulder. He reassured us that, while the condition needed attention, we had time to decide on the right course of action. Aware that we aren't covered by health insurance he suggested affordable treatment paths which we appreciated.
