Mr Rai takes time to explain your condition and the realities that holds for you. I was given all of my options with regard to treatment and outcomes that could be reasonably expected. In my case I got what it "said on the tin" so am very satisfied. I should also add that the 'post op' attention i.e. my recovery was as considerate, this was after the event and so after I had paid Mr Rai's bill for professional services.
