There’s no better outcome than getting my physical life back on track. Mr. Rai js extraordinarily confident and capable, and he has done a phenomenal job of assessing and treating me. Initially I felt there were some misunderstandings in our differing communication styles while I tried to get a clear picture of alternative options and the recovery process; admittedly this was all very new to me. Perhaps culturally the way the consultation period is approached in the UK might be different to how I would experience it in the US. Mr. Rai did guide me to all of the right people and resources to answer my questions and allay my worries. In the end, everything he had initially concluded was clear and accepted as the best possible course of action. In addition to his very valuable time he did grant me his patience to allow me to build my confidence in opting for a treatment I didn’t expect to be having at 34 years old. His thoroughness cannot be faulted. By far the most important thing was the preparation and execution of my treatment, which was flawless. I’m amazed at how quickly I was on my feet and building strength, and I am very pleased with my recovery progress to date. On an aesthetic note, I’m also very pleased where Rai made the incision, discrete as it can possibly be for something on my neck. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rai to friends and family needing similar attention, and I am grateful for his care and professionalism.
