I saw Mr Wall as an outpatient following a visit to the A&E department at The Royal Bolton Hospital with a shoulder and arm injury. Mr Wall didn't seem to want to listen to what I was trying to tell him or ask him. He very bluntly dismissed what the orthopedic registrar had told me while I was in A&E, making it sound like the registrar didn't know what they were talking about! (The registrar wouldn't have the grade of registrar if they were incompetent which was the indication given by Mr Wall with how he dismissed what had been said in A&E) He was indecisive about the extent of my injuries, yet decided to discharge me from the service despite there still being a lot of pain in my shoulder as well as swelling, discolouration and limited movement in my arm. To be honest he didn't seem to want to be in running the clinic when I saw him. I'm currently looking for another orthopedic surgeon outside of the Royal Bolton NHS trust who specialises in "shoulder and arm" for a second opinion
