My 82 year old mother's dermatologist at Nuffield Woking diagnosed as facial basal cell carcinoma but confirmed it was too difficult and too large for her to remove so recommended Mr Misra. Mr Misra answered all my mother's questions and put her at ease. The operation was a success and my mother is following Mr Misra's advice regarding scar management. My mother said that "Mr Misra was charming and kind" but did worry whether he was old enough! I would also praise Jane, Mr Misra's medical secretary, who in my opinion is the best medical secretary I've come across (she was previously a nurse.) She is very kind, thoughtful, highly efficient and responsive. This is really important when you are putting an elderly relative through surgery. 10 out of 10 from me
