This review is on behalf of my wife - Meghana Shah. She was troubled by some cysts on her scalp which had been growing and creating some sort of problems with her confidence levels. She was worried and hence we consulted a friend who is a Skin Specialist in India and he suggested to go with an experienced plastic surgeon to get them removed. We then went about selecting from a list given by our Insurance firm and were lucky to have Mr. Alok Misra carry out the procedure. Right from the day his Secretary - Ms. Jane Davies - got in touch with us for an initial appointment to the discharge after the procedure - our experience with them has been fantastic . Jane was very helpful and patient in terms of scheduling the appointments and helping us through the process . It was after a very long time that my wife was really satisfied speaking to a specialist and the way Mr. Misra let her feel at ease in the first consultation and through to the discharge - was a fantastic experience . His skills in terms of the procedure itself were exemplary and my wife is now a very happy lady - which leaves me also very very happy! I would recommend Mr. Misra to anyone who is considering plastic surgery as he is of a very pleasant demeanour that puts the patient at ease . Half the battle is won there - Trust comes very hard and he very trustworthy and very calm. Many thanks to him for sorting out a problem that was troubling my wife for the past few years!
