When I give the service a rating of 5* I mean it. Not just in one aspect but 5* from consultant, to surgery to aftercare. Consistent 5* service.
I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Ali Esmaeili regarding a cyst on my face.
Before meeting him he took the time to call me and explain the procedure. I felt so confident knowing understanding I knew that I was in good hands.
As soon as I met Dr Ali Esmaeili he made me feel so comfortable and explained to me the procedure from beginning to end. I was extremely nervous as I went to a few different surgeons before hand and it wasn’t a great experience. Once the procedure was done he explained to me the aftercare and answered all my questions. The next few weeks after the procedure Dr Ali Esmaeili was always there to answer my questions which was extremely helpful.
I have never had such a great service!
I definitely would recommend Dr Ali Esmaeili.
