We saw Mr Henderson during an emergency appointment for my son. He was extremely thoughtful and considerate as we were quiet anxious and concerned.
Mr Henderson communicated clearly with both us and my son on the issue which really put our minds at ease. We appreciated both his professionalism and expertise but also his approachable and kind manner. He personally followed up on the matter in a timely fashion and we are pleased to say the problem is now fully resolved. Mr Henderson showed great care and expertise - thank you!
