I saw Mr Toma on Saturday and He had both my husband and I at ease, as soon as we walked into the room. His patient manner and the way he explained the problem I have with my shunt was clear and uncomplicated. He explained things clearly and answered our questions/concerns without any complicted words.
He was amazing.
