Mr Sadek has been an amazing since I had my first telephone consultation with him. He listens very carefully and then advises you on the next step. He is very professional and always makes me understand the next step forward. I’m a very anxious person and he explained in detail my MRI report in order for me not to panic and assured me there is always a way. Thank you very much Mr Sadek.
I cannot thank Maryam enough for handling my 100 phone calls a day. She is extremely helpful, listens to my requests and solves them. I was panicking after my MRI report and Maryam made sure I had a same day telephone call with Mr Sadek just to be calm. You have seriously been a star. Thank you once again Maryam.
