He was very attentive and supportive from the outset and was very helpful in getting me an MRI very swiftly given the urgency of my particular situation. He was very clear on the prognosis and seeking additional buy in from other experts before carrying out the surgery.
He was also very responsive and supportive post operation and his office was always on hand to help.
