My husband had emergency surgery for a TIA. As soon as we saw Mr Sala Tenna for the first time we relaxed and felt extremely confident that we were in safe hands and that he would do his very best to help. He just inspired trust.
As others have said he remembers the patient is is very relaxed and friendly, whilst of course being very professional and courteous.
If you are in this man's care, you need not worry. You can have every confidence that you are in safe hands.
His whole team are very caring, friendly and professional.
