I had a biopsy yesterday at King George Hospital. As I did not have a briefing prior to the procedure, I did not know quite what to expect. The attending specialist, Dr. Adam Alleemudder, started out by explaining the process. This was instantly informative and helpful. I was somewhat anxious by what was to happen, now that it was explained, but he kept reassuring me it would be fine. He continued this all through the process, updating me at every stage. Although the procedure was very uncomfortable, I had a clear sense that he knew what hew was doing and I felt safe as a result.
He listened to all my questions and answered in a caring and professional manner. I wouldn't like to do the procedure again but if I had to, I would be very happy for him to carry it out. Thanks Doctor.
