Mr Nestel whilst exhibiting high standards of professionalism, also demonstrates a very caring empathy with his patients by listening to their concerns, and reacting to them with a confidence that puts patients at ease, and because things happen as he tells you they will , quickly gains patients complete trust. For example , because of my anxiety , and claustrophobia, he briefed the team, who then calmed me and reassured me throughout the procedure.
His method of explaining every step and action leaves patients in no doubt as what to expect.
I am delighted with the resulting vision in both eyes and would like to thank Mr Nestel and his team , who he has obviously trained to his high standards of practice.
