I was seen by Victoria following a complication after surgery. I was nervous, felt vulnerable and unsure of what lay ahead, Victoria’s confidence and professional manner put me at ease straight away. She took the time to explain what the problem was and what plans she had, whilst making sure I was comfortable at all times. At no point did I feel rushed, and it was clear she had a genuine interest in my recovery and well being. I have always been greeted with a smile at follow up appointments, and continuity of care has been excellent. It has been pleasure to be seen by Victoria at a time when I needed reassurance and professional care.
