I felt very vulnerable when I went to see Dr. Channa, having been through some very difficult, life-changing experiences. I was trying to adjust to 'a new normal' and find an equilibrium in my life.
Dr. Channa helped me in many ways, not least by acknowledging my concerns, by listening and looking for potential solutions together. She arranged for a gradual, phased return to work and supported me through this period as I sought to re-build strength and confidence. I felt I could be honest with her and that she really understood the issues and wanted to help me to find a way forward.
Dr. Channa is very professional, effective, sensitive and supportive. I'm very grateful to her and would highly recommend her.
