Importantly I felt listened to and believed that the pain I was in was real. Sympathetically given advise and suggestions of ways in which to help myself along with my own GP.
I was consulted if I wanted to see documentation before it was sent to my manager.
Follow up appointments were appropriately spaced out with the offer of ringing to speak to Dr Samreen Channa should I need to.
