Dr Channa takes every case very seriously and listens carefully to the patient's needs and concerns. She is good at discussing issues, and providing support. She makes very useful recommendations to the University which will help to make life better. Sometimes this needs to be put into relation with the real world of teaching, but she is very understandable and supportive, adjusting the recommendations accordingly. Occupational Health is central to the wellbeing of university staff if in need, and hopefully the university will keep this service going and respond to it.
