Miss Tross very calm, professional and extremely knowledgable.
Very easy to talk and discuss problems with and never felt rushed.
Everything explained to me in layman’s terms so never in any doubt about the procedure.
Her supporting staff all excellent especially the anaesthetist who was very thorough explaining the different ways of doing the operation.
I was told the scar would be a work of art and it is hardly a mark on my right hip!
The pain in the hip was like a switch being turned off overnight, never a twinge since.
Anyone nervous about this op, this is your lady!
I look forward to trying out my new body passport which list all the metal now in me when I go Skiing this winter!
