Where do I start? From the moment I walked into Miss Tross's office to discuss the extreme pain I was in with my right knee, I immediately felt relaxed and I put my trust in her. Miss Tross explained everything in a clear and friendly manner, yet remained professional at all times. Even on the day of surgery, I felt at ease and the care I received from Miss Tross and her team was second to none. I felt safe and knew I was in good hands. My wound took longer than expected to heal, but Miss Tross supported me at every stage of the process with her listening ear and amazing smile. I cannot recommend Miss Tross highly enough. She has given me my mobility back and I am now pain free. Thank you so much Miss Tross, you are one in a million!
