I originally saw Mrs Bhatt at new cross hospital in 2018 my optician I saw said I had fluid & cataracts and did a referral. I had my letter of appointment come and I saw it was with Mrs Bhatt I was so so relieved as re call how good thorough caring and a lovely lady she was.
I saw Mrs Bhatt today 18.7 at Cannock eye centre 9.30 am - what a brilliant service she provides to her patients she is incredibly thorough caring put me at ease and explained everything I was so relieved as have been worried sick Mrs Bhatt is a credit to the nhs and Cannock hospital are lucky to have her.
