As a cancer support worker, I get to see consultants on a regular basis. I was blown away by the care and warmth Miss Perla Eleftheriou has shown the patient who came to see her. She was extremely patient and explained everything clearly, over and over again to the very anxious patient. She even followed up with an email late - long after her working hours with an update of the results.
