I was not aware of how seriously ill I was. Miss Capozzi was amazing. She was like a breath of fresh air breezing onto the ward. She was kind, to the point, answered questions honestly and had a wicked sense if humour. I totally trusted her. She put me at ease which helped me control my recovery. A very professional lady. Thank you.
