I am extremely impressed with Miss Capozzi, her approach is direct, no nonsense, kind, caring, efficient and professional. After having a few post operative problems (not due to Miss Capozzi's actions), for the first time in 5 months I finally felt heard and understood and appropriate action was immediately taken. Excellent all round Professional and a very safe pair of hands
